Instructions
1. Pull the plastic guard from beneath the crown knob (located on the right edge of the watch), and push the crown knob into the watch to start your watch. You will see the second hand begin to advance.
2. Pull the crown knob out to the middle position to set the day. The crown knob has three positions: "In," "Middle" and "Out." Turn the crown knob clockwise to advance the days up, until the current day appears in the window on the right side of the watch face. Turn the knob counterclockwise to move the date down in number. Push the crown knob all the way in to start the watch.
3. Pull the crown knob completely out, if the day doesn't change with the knob in the middle position, and cycle the time backward or forward through 24-hour periods until you arrive at the current day. Push the knob in to start the watch.
4. Pull the crown out to the middle position and adjust your date to the next month for months that have less than 30 days. Your watch will cycle through 31 days every month, so manual adjustments for shorter months are required.
