Extreme Makeover Home Edition is a reality television show that airs on the ABC network. The show helps families going through financial hardships makeover, remodel or rebuild their homes. Builders, merchants, vendors, communities, friends and neighbors come together and volunteer their time to help makeover the selected homes. The volunteers work to complete the makeover within a designated time-frame. Family members, friends and neighbors initiate the process by signing up a family to qualify for a home makeover. Instructions
1. Visit the ABC "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" website to begin the application process.
2. Click "Apply" to nominate a family for a home makeover.
3. Print or download the application. Complete the application with the required information including the family's name, address and other details. Include your name, a detailed explanation of the family's situation and their need for a home makeover.
4. Make a video of the members of the family you are signing up, including pictures of the house and the areas in need of a makeover.
