Run A Race With A Water Belt

Keep yourself hydrated with a water belt.

For many, it can be challenging to find a way to drink during a race. Traditional cups can be difficult to drink from without spilling. A water belt is a convenient way to store your water around your waist so that you can get to it easily while running. It is a convenient alternative to carrying heavy water bottles in your hands or on your back because it is made up of a few small water bottles so that they are not weighing you down, and allowing you to run a good race comfortably.

Instructions

1. Purchase the belt size that you will need. The belts will come in small, medium or large. Each belt packaging tells you what size you will need based on your height or weight.

2. Apply anti-chafe cream to your stomach and back region. This will prevent chafing.

3. Fill up the number of bottles that you would like to use. Running belts hold anywhere from one to six bottles. You will probably want to fill them with cold water because small bottles tend to warm up the water faster than large bottles.

4. Insert the bottles into the bottle holder and secure it.

5. Wrap belt around your waist. It should be wrapped around tightly, but not so tight that you are uncomfortable.

6. Jog in place for a few seconds to be certain that all parts are comfortable and secure.
