Print Numbered Tickets

You can print numbered tickets on your own.

If you are throwing a special event, party or other occasion that requires tickets, you do not have to pay a printing company to create numbered tickets for you. Instead, you can create and print your own numbered tickets with your home or work computer. You do not need any special ticketing software or programs to create and print the tickets. The tickets can be customized to fit the event or occasion that you need the numbered tickets for, as well.

Instructions

1. Launch a word processing program on your computer, such as Microsoft Office or OpenOffice.

2. Visit the Microsoft Office website (see Resources) to view the free templates for tickets. You can also look at the business card templates on the Avery website (see Resources). Any of the templates can be customized to include the numbers and text you need. Any of the templates designed for use in Word will work in OpenOffice.

3. Download the template that you want to use. Alternatively, you can use the template as a guide to create your own template.

4. Customize the template by entering in the numbers on the tickets, as well as any other text you want to include.

5. Make sure a printer is connected to your computer and powered on. Then, print from the "File" menu to print out your own numbered tickets.

6. Use scissors to cut out the individual tickets.
