Instructions
1. Hold the lower right-hand button on your Timex watch for two seconds, or until the time flashes on your watch face.
2. Press the upper right-hand button on your watch if you want to reset the seconds to "00." Tap the lower left button on the watch to choose hours. The hours should blink when you are in this mode. Press the upper right button to advance the hour number.
3. Tap the lower left button once again to select the minutes on your Timex watch. Using the upper right button, advance the minutes until you are at the correct time.
4. Press the lower left button on the watch again to select whether you want your Timex to display 12-hour time, or 24-hour time mode.
5. Tap the lower left button once again to finish setting the time.
