Instructions
1. Press the "Set" button, which is located on the bottom right-hand side of the watch face. Hold it down until the display on the watch begins to flash. Press the "+" or "-" buttons on the watch to choose which time zone you want to change. You can save two different time zones if you frequently travel between two zones. Press the "Next" button (on the lower left-hand side) to make your selection and move on.
2. Press the "+" or "-" buttons to edit the hour, which should be flashing. The hour is in a 12-hour format, so make sure that "AM" or "PM" is shown on the side of the display to indicate which hour you are setting. When the correct hour is on the screen, press the "Next" button to continue.
3. Use the same method in Step 2 to adjust the minutes, which will now be flashing. Press "Next" when the minutes are correct to save and continue. Press the "+" or "-" button to reset the second counter to zero. Press the "Next" button to move on to the date.
4. Use the "+" and "-" buttons again to adjust the "Date" which will be flashing. First find the correct month, then press "Next" to continue to the day. Use the same method to set the date. Press the "Done" button, located on the top left side of the watch, to save your settings.
