3. Pick the right time to play. You will need to pick the best time to play based on the odds and the jackpot. For the New York Lotto, this is around when the jackpot hits 18 million. This is when your dollar becomes more valuable to play.
4. Spend your entire lottery budget on one drawing. This will increase your odds of winning by a multiple of however many tickets you bought. If you bought 100 tickets, your odds of winning will be 100x as great as they were if you only bought 1 ticket.
5. Repeat this process. It is very unlikely, even with the increased odds, that you will win the lottery on your first try. The idea is to have a system that will increase your odds of winning.
