Beginning in 2001, he branched out into more mainstream roles such as the movie "Spy Game" with Robert Redford, which was his is first big screen movie after marrying Jennifer Aniston in 2000. This movie established Brad as an actor, and not just a heartthrob. In 1995, he was first dubbed, "The Sexiest Man Alive" by "People" magazine.
2. Select some of Brad's early smash-hits that have grossed more than $100 million. In the romantic horror film, "Interview With the Vampire" from 1994, Pitt plays a guilt-ridden vampire. Brad received recognition as an actor when he and Morgan Freeman play two detectives after a serial killer in "Se7en."
3. See the critically acclaimed movie, "Twelve Monkeys." In this sci-fi movie from 1995, Bruce Willis's character is placed in a mental hospital with a psychotic patient played by Pitt. Brad received a Golden Globe award and Oscar nomination for best supporting actor.
4. Check out other films where Brad received award nominations. In "Legends of the Fall" from 1994, he plays one of three sons of a Montana rancher during the early 1900s. In "Babel" from 2006, Pitt plays a panic-stricken husband whose wife is randomly shot while on vacation in Morocco.
5. Catch his performances as Rusty in the remake of Ocean's Eleven in 2001 and the sequels "Ocean's Twelve" in 2004 and "Ocean's Thirteen" in 2007. 7. Enjoy the 2005 action film, "Mr. and Mrs. Smith," that started his relationship with Angelina Jolie. Pitt plays John Smith who lives a suburban life while secretly working as an assassin for hire. He discovers his wife, played by Angelina Jolie, is also a secret assassin.
