2. Visit the Division of Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco website and download the alcoholic beverage permit application.
3. Review the list that outlines the various types of Florida liquor licenses to determine which is the best fit for your business.
4. Check with the local jurisdiction in which your establishment will be located to ensure that it is located in a properly zoned area.
5. Submit fingerprints of all owners, partners and corporate officers listed on the license application.
6. Submit your completed application and appropriate fees to your local district office. Fees can range from $28 to $1,820-- the exact amount is determined by which county your business will reside in and the type of liquor license you are applying for. The application can be submitted by mail or hand-delivered.
