When you're doing exercises, such as running laps, it can be useful to wear a watch that includes a stopwatch feature, also known as a chronograph. One popular option since before the millennium is the Timex Ironman watch, which displays time in 12-hour or 24-hour format, displays the date in month-day or day-month format, and has an option to chime every hour. A nightlight illuminates the watch display during darkness. When you are done timing a workout with your chronograph, you can easily reset it. Does this Spark an idea?
Instructions
1. Press the "Mode" button, located on the bottom left of the watch, repeatedly until the chronograph displays.
2. Press the "Start/Split" button on the bottom of the watch to start the chronograph.
3. Press the "Stop/Reset" button, located on the bottom right of the watch, to pause the chronograph.
4. Press and hold the "Stop/Reset" button to reset the chronograph.
5. Press the "Set/Recall" button to save the change and exit.
